Why does the ncr suddenly hate me

I've currently got the BOS woman from Maybe thats it, so just taking it off will help instantly or have I got to beg for forgiveness Not really done much of the main quest yet, am about 25 hours in a just about to go onto the strip for the first time I guess if I kill the bounty hunter guys that will do no good for my rep At least caeser not after me even though I am vilified! Right after the patch? Kind of like the Legion Assassins. Not even sure if that's possible, but what the hey.

It's just frustrating having helped the NCR the entire way through the game, and suddenly have them fire at me. And putting me weapon away doesn't help as I didn't have it out, as soon as I quick-travel, they're hostile towards me. Even when I'm undetected their radar marks are red. Freeside -- Liked. Fallout 3 wasn't this buggy, I'm sure. Okay, so I managed to fix it using the console. I don't like having to resort to the console, but there was no reason for the NCR to be hostile towards me, so I felt it justified. Anyway, I used setally A46E7 B2A4 1 10 with the first code being the NCR faction, the second being the player faction, the 1 being fame, and the 10 being the amount of fame. That set the red bars back to my hud colour, and therefore friendly.

Maybe one of your companions shot an NCR guy, that happened to me when i went to Areotech, Boone just shot everyone and i was hated but i loaded and it was fine. Try pressing Select and wait 3 days.
